The Targeted Agent and Profiling Utilization Registry (TAPUR) Study

The Targeted Agent and Profiling Utilization Registry (TAPUR) Study is a non-randomized clinical trial that aims to describe the performance (both safety and efficacy) of commercially available, targeted anticancer drugs prescribed for treatment of patients with advanced cancer that has a potentially actionable genomic variant. The study provides approved targeted therapies that are contributed to the program by collaborating pharmaceutical companies, catalogues the choice of genomic profiling test by clinical oncologists and aims to learn about the utility of registry data to develop hypotheses for additional clinical trials.

Phase 1 with Expansion Cohorts in a Study of NEO-201 In Adults with Chemo-resistant Solid Tumors

The purpose of this research study is to evaluate the safety of the experimental antibody/drug called
NEO-201 given in combination with pembrolizumab and test whether it helps shrink your tumor(s).
The experimental drug called NEO-201 (the "study drug") is a monoclonal antibody that is being
tested and is not approved for use in the United States by the FDA. An experimental drug is one
that has not yet been approved for use by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

Pembrolizumab (Keytruda®) is a drug that helps your immune system to fight against your cancer.
It is approved by the FDA for your type of cancer.

Participants with advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), head and neck squamous cell
carcinoma (HNSCC), uterine or cervical cancer who have progressed during or after one front-line
standard of care treatment will be enrolled in this study if their tumor has the NEO-201 antigen. You
will be given NEO-201 in combination with pembrolizumab in 6-week cycles. NEO-201 infusion
will be given every 2 weeks and pembrolizumab infusion will be given every 6 weeks.

A Phase 3 Randomized, Active-controlled, Open-label, Multicenter Study to Compare the Efficacy and Safety of MK-2870 Monotherapy Versus Treatment of Physician's Choice as Second-line Treatment for Participants with Recurrent or Metastatic Cervical Cancer (TroFuse-020/GOG-3101/ENGOT-cx20)

This trial is comparing MK-2870 to standard of care treatments in people with cervical cancer. This trial is being done to:
• Test the safety of MK-2870 
• See how well MK-2870 works compared to standard treatment
• See if participants who get MK-2870 live longer compared to those who get standard treatment
• See if participants who get MK-2870 have a better quality of life compared to those who get standard treatment 

A Phase III Randomized Trial of Hyperthermic Intraperitoneal Chemotherapy (HIPEC) with Cisplatin versus no HIPEC at the Time of Interval Cytoreductive Surgery followed by Niraparib Maintenance in Patients with Newly Diagnosed Stage III and IV Ovarian, Primary Peritoneal, and Fallopian Tube Cancer (Hyperthermic Ovarian Treatment Trial)

A Phase 3 Randomized, Open-label, Multicenter Study to Compare the Efficacy and Safety of Sacituzumab Tirumotecanin Combination with Pembrolizumab Versus Pembrolizumab Alone as First-line Maintenance Treatment in Participants with Mismatch Repair Proficient Endometrial Cancer

Researchers are looking for new ways to treat people with proficient mismatch repair (pMMR) endometrial cancer (EC) that is advanced or recurrent.

EC is a type of cancer that starts in the tissues inside the uterus (womb)
pMMR indicates that certain normal proteins are present in the cancer cells
Advanced means the cancer has spread locally or to other parts of the body (metastatic) and cannot be removed with surgery
Recurrent means the cancer came back after surgery

Sacituzumab tirumotecan (also known as sac-TMT) and pembrolizumab are the study medicines. Sac-TMT is an antibody drug conjugate (ADC). An ADC attaches to specific targets on cancer cells and delivers treatment to destroy those cells.

The goal of this study is to learn if people who receive sac-TMT with pembrolizumab live longer and without the cancer getting worse compared to people who receive pembrolizumab alone.

A Study to Assess Anti-Tumor Activity of Intravenously (IV) Infused Carboplatin With Mirvetuximab Soravtansine in Participants With Newly Diagnosed Folate Receptor Alpha (FRα)Expressing Advanced-Stage Serous Epithelial Ovarian, Fallopian Tube or Primary Peritoneal Cancer

The purpose of this study is to assess the safety and efficacy of neoadjuvant carboplatin and mirvetuximab soravtansine in participants with folate receptor alpha (FRα) -expressing advanced-stage serous epithelial ovarian, fallopian tube or primary peritoneal cancer (EOC).Mirvetuximab Soravtansine (MIRV) is an investigational antibody drug conjugate designed to selectively kill cancer cells. The antibody (protein) part of MIRV targets tumors by delivering a cell-killing drug to cancer cells carrying a protein called folate receptor alpha (FRα). This is a single arm study in adult participants with advanced-stage Fédération Internationale de Gynécologie et d'Obstétrique (FIGO) III-IV FRα-expressing serous EOC.

A Phase III, Randomized, Open-Label, Multicenter, Global Study of Puxitatug Samrotecan (AZD8205) Monotherapy versus Physician's Choice of Chemotherapy in Participants with B7-H4-Selected Advanced/Metastatic Endometrial Cancer Who Progressed on or After Platinum-Based Chemotherapy and Anti-PD-1/Anti-PD-L1 Therapy (BLUESTAR-Endometrial01)

This is a Phase III, 2-arm, randomized, open label, multicenter, global study assessing the efficacy and safety of puxitatug samrotecan compared to physician's choice of chemotherapy (doxorubicin or paclitaxel) in participants with B7-H4 selected advanced/metastatic EC that progressed following platinum-based chemotherapy and anti-PD-1/anti-PD-L1 therapy.

This study aims to see if Puxi-Sam allows participants to live longer without their endometrial cancer getting worse, or simply live longer, compared to participants receiving standard of care chemotherapy. This study is also looking to see how the treatment and the endometrial cancer affect participants' quality of life.
