This phase III trial studies how well blinatumomab works in combination with chemotherapy in treating patients with newly diagnosed, standard risk B-lymphoblastic leukemia or B-lymphoblastic lymphoma with or without Down syndrome.

This phase II ComboMATCH treatment trial compares the effect of neratinib to the combination of neratinib and palbociclib in treating patients with HER2 positive solid tumors. Neratinib and palbociclib are in a class of medications called kinase inhibitors. They work by blocking the action of an abnormal protein that signals cancer cells to multiply. This helps slow or stop the spread of tumor cells. Giving neratinib and palbociclib in combination may shrink or stabilize cancers that over-express a specific biomarker called HER2.

This phase II ComboMATCH treatment trial tests the usual treatment of chemotherapy (paclitaxel) plus ipatasertib in patients with solid tumor cancers that that cannot be removed by surgery (unresectable), has spread to nearby tissue or lymph nodes (locally advanced) or from where it first started (primary site) to other places in the body (metastatic), and has an AKT genetic change. Chemotherapy drugs, such as paclitaxel, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Targeted therapy, such as Ipatasertib, may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. The addition of ipatasertib to paclitaxel in solid tumors with an AKT genetic change could increase the percentage of tumors that shrink as well as lengthen the time that the tumors remain stable (without progression). Researchers hope to learn if paclitaxel plus ipatasertib will shrink this type of cancer or stop its growth.

The purpose of this research is to see if LP-300 affects the survival of subjects who have never smoked but developed advanced lung cancer despite taking one or more targeted treatments against the lung cancer.

The first stage of the trial will examine the safety of LP-300 used in combination with standard cancer treatments (carboplatin and pemetrexed) in the first six subjects, in which all subjects will receive LP-300 with carboplatin and pemetrexed. In the second stage of the study, subjects will be assigned to one of the treatment arms by chance (like a coin-flip), with about 2 out of 3 subjects receiving the investigational drug, LP-300, along with standard cancer treatment, and 1 out of 3 subjects receiving standard cancer treatment alone. The major purpose of this stage of the trial is to determine if LP-300 in combination with standard treatment has a different effect on the cancer in subjects who have never smoked than the standard treatment alone in subjects who have never smoked.

This research is being performed because improvements are needed in the treatment management of subjects with cancer.

The purpose of this study is to determine the safety of ABBV-400 at a certain dose level, to see how much ABBV-400 is in your blood at various times (these tests are called "pharmacokinetics" or "PK"), and to determine if study treatment with ABBV-400  has an effect on tumor growth in different types of solid tumor cancers. This study is for subjects with advanced or metastatic hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), biliary tract cancer (BTC), pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC), esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC), triple negative (TN) breast cancer (BC), hormone receptor-positive (HR+)/human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 negative (HER2-) BC, and head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC).

This is a Phase III, 2-cohort, 2-arm, parallel-group, randomised, double-blind, placebo-controlled, multicenter, global study, assessing the efficacy and safety of AZD5305 + physician's choice NHA compared with placebo + physician's choice NHA in participants with mCSPC with and without HRRm.

Phase I: To determine the safety, tolerability and recommended phase II dose (RP2D) of the combination of ADI-PEG 20, gemcitabine, and docetaxel when given to patients with small cell and non-small cell lung cancers that have progressed on frontline therapy


Phase II: To determine objective response rate (ORR) in two cohorts: (1) patients with small cell lung cancers that have progressed on frontline therapy who are treated with ADI-PEG 20 in combination with gemcitabine and docetaxel and (2) patients with non-small cell lung cancers that have progressed on frontline therapy who are treated with ADI-PEG 20 in combination with gemcitabine and docetaxel.

Pulmonary Hypertension Screening in Patients with Interstitial Lung Disease for Earlier Detection.

For participants with inoperable hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). HCC is also known as liver cancer. In addition, you have a type of liver disease called cirrhosis. This study is testing two drugs called atezolizumab and bevacizumab. Atezolizumab will be given with or without bevacizumab.

The purpose of this study is to assess the effects, good or bad, of atezolizumab with bevacizumab, or atezolizumab alone, in participants with advanced, inoperable liver cancer (HCC) and liver disease (cirrhosis). 

Atezolizumab with bevacizumab has been approved by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). This means that this combination can be given for the treatment of inoperable or advanced liver cancer (HCC) in patients who have not received prior systemic treatment. However, atezolizumab alone is not approved to treat liver cancer (HCC). The use of atezolizumab alone in this study is investigational. An investigational use is one that is not approved by the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
