Effectiveness of Two Aspirin Doses for Prevention of Hypertensive Disorders of Pregnancy: ASPIRIN TRIAL (ASPIRIN)

The overall goal of this large, pragmatic, comparative effectiveness trial is to test the hypothesis that among at-risk individuals, 162 mg/day aspirin is superior to 81 mg/day in preventing Hypertensive disorders of pregnancy (HDP), and that there are multiple factors associated with adherence with aspirin therapy that will be important to identify to enable optimal implementation of study findings and population-level benefits.

A Randomized, Open-Label, Phase 3 Study of Rinatabart Sesutecan (Rina-S) Plus Standard of Care Versus Standard of Care as Maintenance Treatment After 2L Platinum-Based Doublet Chemotherapy in Participants with Recurrent Platinum-Sensitive Ovarian Cancer (PSOC)

In this trial, Genmab wants to find out how well Rina-S works against your ovarian cancer and compare it to the usual treatment that patients with your type of cancer receive. The usual cancer treatment is also called Standard of Care and is abbreviated SoC in this Informed Consent Form. Genmab also wants to learn more about the potential side effects participants may get when they are given the trial drug Rina‑S. 

A Phase 3, Multicenter, Clinical Study to Evaluate the Efficacy and Safety of Safusidenib Erbumine in Participants with Isocitrate Dehydrogenase 1 (Idh1)-Mutant Glioma

The purpose of Part 2 will be to evaluate the efficacy of maintenance safusidenib treatment versus placebo in IDH1-mutant Grade 2 or Grade 3 astrocytoma with high-risk features or IDH1-mutant Grade 4 astrocytoma, following standard-of-care radiation or chemoradiation and adjuvant temozolomide. Part 2 will be randomized, double-blind, and placebo-controlled.

The purpose of Part 3 will be to evaluate the efficacy of safusidenib in participants with residual or recurrent IDH1-mutant Grade 3 oligodendroglioma who have received surgery as their only treatment. Part 3 will be an open-label single-arm cohort and will enroll participants concurrently with Part 2.

DESTINY-Endometrial01: A Phase III Study of Trastuzumab Deruxtecan Plus Rilvegostomig or Pembrolizumab as First-Line Treatment of HER2-Expressing (IHC 3+/​2+), Mismatch Repair Proficient (pMMR) Endometrial Cancer (DE-01)

DESTINY-Endometrial01 will investigate the efficacy of first-line T-DXd + rilvegostomig (Arm A) and/or T-DXd+ pembrolizumab (Arm B) when compared to chemotherapy (carboplatin + paclitaxel) + pembrolizumab (Arm C), by assessment of progression free survival (PFS), as assessed by BICR, in participants with HER2-expressing (IHC 3+/2+), pMMR, primary advanced (Stage III/IV) or recurrent EC.
